Payments & Cancellation Terms
Please read these terms carefully. By booking a session with The Feelings Doctor you agree to the conditions below.

Session Fee
The fee for an individual counselling session is R750 per 50-minute session.
Session fees are subject to review and you will be given reasonable notice of any changes.
Invoicing & Payment
An invoice will be issued after each session.
Payment is due before your next session unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Outstanding balances must be settled before further sessions can be scheduled.
Cancellation & Late Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full at the standard session rate.
An exception is made in cases of serious illness or genuine emergency. Please communicate with Megan as soon as possible if this applies to you.
Non-Attendance
Sessions not attended without any prior notice will be charged in full.
